A large collection of early cartes de visite (CDV) of Scotland. All dating around the 1860. 
 
The majority (64) by George Washington Wilson of Aberdeen. The remaing cartes by James Valentine (25), Archibald Burns (6), Alex Crowe (4), J.R. Chalmers (1), Douglas (1) and (2) unidentified. 
 
A varied collection showing the beautiful and poetic landscapes, abbeys and ruins and among other, cities like Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
